Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped/delivered/picked up within 2 to 3 weeks from order. Please keep in mind that the items on the store are made to order and will take time to bring in and customize. When orders are completed, the customer will receive an email informing them of either shipping, delivery, or pick up depending on their request at the time of order.
